Building Dehya specifically for Flame-Mane is virtually the same as building her as a Main DPS in general, as she favors high personal damage with plenty of CRIT Rate.
Due to the mechanics of Flame-Mane's arena, it is recommended to get CRIT Rate to 80% before investing into anything else as high CRIT Rate already almost guarantees your success.

Dehya's weapon choices for her Echo Challenge is essentially the same when building her in general. Opt to go for high CRIT or high ATK weapons as those will take you far.
For this challenge, Beacon of the Reed Sea is her general recommendation as that gives her the highest damage output for this challenge, with Wolf's Gravestone not too far behind in recommendation.

In terms of Artifacts, running a 4-pc. Vourukasha's Glow will give Dehya the most benefits as self-damage is guaranteed during the challenge, allowing her to tap into the free 80% DMG bonus constantly.
Take note, however, that an artifact set is not required and Dehya can easily clear this challenge by using rainbow artifact pieces that give her the best substats.

For maximum personal damage for Dehya, make sure to get your CRIT Rate to 80% or more, CRIT DMG to 130% or more, and HP and ATK as high as you can.
As a general rule of thumb, the more Dehya can proc CRIT hits on the enemy, the higher her chances of success.
Dehya Envisaged Echoes Strategy
Defeat Opponents Within the Time Limit
With one room and 1 minute and 20 seconds, Dehya must face and defeat the Jadeplume Terrorshroom within this time limit.
There are no other obstacles or gimmicks in this Echo Challenge, and players must simply eliminate the threat before them to earn her Echo cosmetic.
Dehya's Damage Combo

Your main combo with Dehya to maximize uptime on your Elemental Skill is to use your Elemental Burst after the first cast, then saving the second cast for when you finish your Burst.
This results in having the longest possible lifespan on your Elemental Skill, which directly leads to more damage output and a faster clear time.
Let The Bolt of Lightning Hit Dehya
The arena carries the mechanic of having a lightning bolt strike at Dehya's position every 10 seconds. Let this lightning bolt hit Dehya and damage her.
This benefits Dehya by activating both the Flamerage arena passive, which gives her more CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate, and the Vourukasha's Glow artifact passive which increases her DMG in general.
Dodge The Jadeplume Terrorshroom's Attacks
The only real threat in this arena is the Jadeplume Terrorshroom itself, who carries a selection of attacks that can stun and interrupt Dehya.
Being interrupted can be detrimental in this fight as every second counts, so make sure to dodge the Terrorshroom's sweeping and slamming attacks in order to avoid downtime in damage.

Anonymous 8 monthsAm I going crazy or is this INSANELY difficult? My Dehya is decently built with an HP piece and I can NOT survive this challenge at all. How am I supposed to avoid damage when her dumbass Burst essentially makes Dehya a free target to the boss' stupidly attacks? I feel like I must be missing something major here.
