Song of the Welkin Moon is a web event where players can witness a brief history and backstory about the Blessing of the Welkin Moon.
Upon completing the event, players can acquire Primogems and other rewards, and have the chance to do so from March 31, 2025 until April 7, 2025.

The trinity of moon goddesses, who once steered the primordial celestial sphere and wove love and passion into the very heart of the world, have long since faded into the shadows of time. Yet, those who follow the tides still sing and pray, for a new moon is set to rise...
The event starts with an animation of three moons aligning together, resembling the trinity of moon goddesses. Following the prompt below the screen will lead you to the first page of the event.
According to the Heart's Desire, the goddesses are well-known legends around Teyvat. The Heart's Desire is a collection of in-game books you can obtain by exploration or by purchasing in in-game shops and such.

This also might be connected to what Liben said before in the Marvelous Merchandise Event, which says that Nod-Krai is where people from all over Teyvat gather, where the eleven factions symbolize the people.
The Frostmoon Scions of Hiisi Island pray to the moonlight in their hearts, sacred and unsullied.
On page three of Song of the Welkin Moon, there will instantly be a quote about one of the eleven factions and an image of a strange mountain from a distant land is shown. This place is likely to be Nod-Krai.
People of the moonlit world, please await the turning of the moon, for it will bring new revelations...
On page four of Song of the Welkin Moon, the last quote will instantly be revealed upon arriving. The quote here is likely connected to Nod-Krai, which is likely going to be the next location after Natlan.
Nod-Krai has also been mentioned by a couple of in-game NPCs and characters, whether in events or quests. It was also briefly mentioned in the 5.3 Livestream.
