This guide keeps talking about using Hydro or Cryo in 2nd phase to "cool down" the boss, but everyone else on the internet uses pyro or burning or overload to charge up the bar on 2nd phase.... This guide is straight up wrong and should not recommend using Hydro or Cryo on second phase.

ily used arlecchino emily zhonli bennet for that. works for pappilla onion on chamber 3 too

This Boss appear in current Abyss, don't use cryo and hydro. Use burning reaction instead to shred those bar. Emilie and Nahida has the biggest advantage against this Boss
OK tu use pyro hydro team as recommended. I use furina in constant heal mode and then Fire only Dmg like mavuika with benett or xiangling. When it transform, still use fire until it colapse. Then I use furina buff + Neuvilette to drain his health very quick. Using hydro before it collapse, reset it's transform state and takes longer to defeat.
I have tried this 4 times and it keeps resetting with 1/4 of its health left
I had such a problem with this boss because of this guide!!! Hydro and Cryo doesn't help at all. I decided to switch hydro and cryo out for dendro and electro, just use a pyro character to debuff it and once the boss is in the serpent state, it's easy to kill and just use the other elements on it. My team was Lanyan, Yanfei, Emlie and Kuki. For anyone interested.

Listen to advice from anon 4. It helped a ton. Cannot thank that person enough because usually I am able to bully bosses but I was so confused why that one was so hard.... until I read that comment and took their advice. Person just made my day after having to get to 81 pity for Varesa. ;w;

It's a bug. keep sending reports to hoyo and tell them to add a barrier to prevent that. Happened to me twice.
GOD, Thank you to the anon that said to overburn it! I was seriously like "there's no way this dude should be this hard to beat." I was using cryo and hydro on my team. Took those off, just used other elements with pyro and once he gets to that other state, he was dead in seconds with Navia blasting him. Seriously this guide is a trap and will just end up with you spending like 5-10 minutes on each fight. Just do not use cryo and hydro and you're good.
Another crap boss. Resets when it gets to edge and takes forever. Is this Genshin aim now. To bore us with games that take forever and bosses that repeat repeat etc for long take downs. Really disliking now
This fight is very poorly explained in this guide, in practice the best way to deal with this boss quickly without it really taking forever is to just overheat it and burn it down with other element types since that form has much less defense. only bring Hydro units if you're underpowered to cool off the boss and give yourself breathing room and heal up before you overheat it again

boss fight is overtuned. Takes forever to heat up and coolsdown instantly barely any dmg window available, requires specific character combination. THIS SHOULD NOT BE A FCKING CHARACTER ACCENCION BOSS...
