Dehya is by the Icewind Suite Boss. Also, she was one of 5 anecdotes I was able to do before I stopped seeing them on the map. Then, I got Kinich to appear as per the instructions on here, but still nothing else. Anyone else having a similar experience?
Help!! I did 5 for the first day and NOBODY showed up on my map. I’ve been coming back throughout the day and I don’t see anyone on my map. I only got iansan in natlan but I don’t know what to do!!

Kinich is in Front of Katheryne too
I found Kinich and Ajaw at the Natlan Adventurers Guild Branch. It was a the day after I found Xilonen in the same place, but i don't know if it corresponds with each other.
You don't get anything extra for finishing them all, so it's fine to finish just those 20 for primos
What happen if we finish all the anecdote? Or is it okay to just finish 20 anecdotes just for the primo?
Indeed, still nothing and been checking daily. I guess I'll just have to watch the rest of those anecdotes on Youtube then.
F, sounds like your game's bugged
I still should get Zhongli once, Yun Jin twice, Kokomi twice and Diluc once. Been two weeks and haven't seen anyone anymore... Kept asking if anyone else has this and everyone just says "keep checking, they'll come" but I literally play every day and for the past two weeks: nothing. Nothing at all and I still have anecdotes to collect.
This guide is so useless. Find Kokomi: "...glide down, and head west until you see a small cave." Down from which side???? SOUTH? NORTH??? Head west to WHICH POINT?????
Xingqiu's 1-3 interactions are depicted in the guide (all 3 are outside Qingce Village near the Bishui Plain waypoint). The 4th interaction takes place in Liyue near the bookstore.
Found Xianyun's 5th Interaction near Liyue. She is seen talking to some elder people.
Found Xianyun's 4th interaction near Wolvendom. She is seen close to Razor.
