How to Use Xiao's Ability

Xiao's ability works similar to Elemental Sight and can show Fetor After pressing the button for Xiao's ability, you can see the traces of fetor which look like blue and black smoke flowing in a specific direction.

Attack the Fetor Node to Dispel the Fetor

Genshin - Attack the Fetor Node
The Fetor Node is a broken pillar surrounded by the blue and black fetor. A few normal attacks should be enough to dispel the fetor on the pillar and make a Rattan Figure appear!

Catch the Rattan Figures

Genshin - Capture the Rattan Figure that comes out
Follow and catch the rattan figure that will appear after dispelling the fetor, until they turn into light absorbed by the lamps surrounding the large tree.

How to Catch All Rattan Figures

All Rattan Figures

The first rattan figure will hide behind the wall to the left. Catch and follow it to the lantern by the tree.

The second rattan figure will fly around a nearby boulder a few times until it's at the top. Climbing is not possible in this domain, so you must jump up the more sloped side of the boulder to follow the rattan figure.

The last rattan figure likes to hide in corners! First it will hide in the small corner to the left of the path, then between a statue and the roots of the tree, and lastly amongst some bushes and a mushroom.

Same here, had a similar thing where it lit up but once attacked, nothing came out

i couldnt attack the third tetor node, the one in the pillar. had to restart instance/dungeon/whatever to get it to be attackable
