There are a total of 3 Launch Tubes scattered around Liyue Harbor. You will only need to hit one of the tubes for it to count towards the Travel Progress.
As an added hint, all Launch Tubes in Liyue Harbor are already marked on the Lamplit Entertainment event screen. Click each icons to bring up the Travel Map so you can easily pinpoint their areas!
Note that you can also drag the screen left or right to see the other parts of Liyue Harbor!

Visiting and hitting at least 2 Launch Tubes reward you with the Heron-Spiral Downlight: A Thousand Wondrous Vistas furnishing reward, which is the replica of the Launch Tube you hit!
The Festive Travel Journal menu, alongside the Sightseeing Scope and Fortune Coin rewards, can be accessed from the Lamplit Entertainment event screen menu on the lower left button.
Launch Tubes are one of the three Festive Toys you can find in Liyue Harbor as part of the Springtime Charms event for the celebration of Lantern Rite in 2025, released in Version 5.3.
