Teyvat's Special Delivery is the web event in celebration of the 4th Anniversary of Genshin Impact, where players get to help Kirara deliver a package to each of the six available nations and get rewards in return!

Complete Missions to Get Packages

Genshin - Teyvat
Before starting deliveries, you need to complete missions to obtain packages. After you complete one mission, you can claim one package. The missions refresh daily at 04:00 (Server Time).

All Event Missions
Log in to Genshin Impact daily
Claim Commission Rewards 2 times daily
Use 40 Original Resin daily
During the event, visit the official Genshin Impact Discord server 1 time
Watch the Natlan trailer daily
During the event, share the web event 1 time

Select A Region for Delivery

Genshin - Teyvat
Once you have packages to deliver, select 'Deliver Package' and pick a region to deliver to! You need to deliver one package per region, and can choose the regions in any order.

Choose the Correct Recipient

Genshin - Teyvat
When you arrive at the region, you'll be given a choice between two characters and a description of the recipient. Successfully delivering the package will give you a reward!

Complete All Six Deliveries for Primogem Rewards

Genshin - Teyvat
When you complete all six deliveries, Kirara will give you another package. This one is for you, and contains the Primogem rewards, as well as an event-exclusive recipe, Delights of Wondrous Wanderings!

You can also share the anniversary card for the first time to get 20,000 Mora.
