Green Obsidian Ring Location and How to Use

Green Obsidian Ring Location

Found in Precious or Luxurious Chests

Fragments of the Green Obsidian Ring can be found once players find Precious or Luxurious Chests within Natlan. On top of this, players need to get three Green Obsidian Fragments first to form one Green Obsidian Ring.

Obtaining them is tricky as players can only get Obsidian Fragments by chance, thus opening Precious or Luxurious chests won't gurantee a piece of Obsidian Fragment.

Within the Borders of Scions of the Canopy

Green Obsidian Fragments are unique as they can only be obtained from chests that are located near the Scions of the Canopy.

Obtained From Warrior Challenges

There is also a chance you can get a Green Obsidian Fragment by completing warrior challenges from tribe members of the Scions of the Canopy. These challenges can be found around Basin of Unnumbered Flames and Coatepec Mountain.

Scions of Canopy Warrior Challenges

All Scions of the Canopy Warrior Challenges
Fleet of Foot	Teleport to the waypoint east of the Stadium of the Sacred Flame. Look over to the left and glide down to the platform with a woman standing beside a crate and a lamp.
Stroll Through the Sky	Teleport on the waypoint at the north of Ancestral Temple. Climb up the mountain side and keep going towards the northeast until you reach the end of the mountain.
Ready, Aim, Fire	Teleport to the waypoint on the northeast of Ancestral Temple, go towards the cliff on the southwest, and you will find Manzana on the edge of a wooden platform. Note that this warrior challenge will only appear after you finish the To the Night, What is the Night's world quest.
Leisurely Drifitings	Go to the teleport waypoint north of Teticpac Peak, then head towards the southeast until you find a house beside the river. In front of the house, indwell with the Koholasaur and interact with the huge bubble beside it to start the challenge.

Use to Open the Tribal Secret Trove

Players can use the Green Obsidian Rings to open the entrance of the Scions of the Canopy's Secret Trove. Use the Waypoint east of the Scions of the Canopy's Statue of the Seven. Then, tread along the wooden bridge to spot the Trove.
