This is ultimately where I found my last one. I was at 64% tribe exploration, opened the chest over the watchtower domain, and did all the scion challenges (S rating or higher) without finding it.
In big tree near ancient watchtower, i found luxurious chest with green obsidian ring
I cracked he code to this fragment, every time you reach 20, 40, 60% exploration on certain tribe, the next chest will give you the fragment, i've tried in 3 different account and it works all the same

If anyone is STILL having trouble finding the last piece of green one, TP to the waypoint at the bottom of the map (named Coatepec Mountain, just below ancestral temple on the west-southern side) then glide west to the fishing doc, there will be hidden quest and the cutscene should start
Found the last piece here, teleport to the underground TP point seen in the mini map (in Teticpac Peak) and drop down the waterfall. Chest drawn in for reference
if anyone is still searching for the last piece, it's on the underground area near a waterfall on tepeacac rise, you need to find a small pond with bunch of people and tepletisaurus, light up phlogiston device, and go inside a secret tunnel
challenges are all messed up. How can you do half of them on mobile when you cant see the next point on the screen and changing scenes keep dropping the time you have. Swear it is 10 seconds lost each time before you can start.

I got the last one from precious chest above ancient watchtower domain, collected all three
Did anyone at all get 3 pieces?? Because I got all 3 achievements for getting SS score AND did extra challenge in the lake and yet I have only 2 pieces.
Already did everything, even the hidden quest, and I'm missing the last fragment. Seems like it's a genshin bug maybe

yeah the missed that one out. As for the location, teleport to scion of the canopy waypoint just beside the statue, turn behind follow the trail drop down twice and boom you'll find the barrier.
