Unlock A Decision by completing the previous act of Chapter 5, Flowers Resplendent on the Sun-Scorched Sojourn! Upon starting the quest, you'll need to progress time by two days to see the first objective at People of the Springs.

Use the Time function to move time forward on the clock by two days. You can do this by rotating the arrow clockwise until the time adjustment says Day After Tomorrow.
