There are four Signboards found around the Constellation Metropole in Simulanka, each with a message and a location for a puzzle. After completing each puzzle, you will receive a chest holding a note with a message and a clue for the next puzzle.

Note Inside a Treasure Chest - I
The first signboard is located in front of a house on the right side of the Metropole's entrance.
Reading the signboard leads you to the backyard of the house, where you will find a pile of leaves under a tree. Use Anemo to remove the leaves and reveal the chest.
Reading the note will reveal the next location, the Bell Tower.
Note Inside a Treasure Chest - II
The second signboard is located southeast of the city, below the bell tower. After reading the signboard, use the nearby Oracle Pillar to climb up the tower.
Once above, ring the bell to begin the challenge. For this challenge, you just need to collect all Hydro Particles, but you must do so in order based on the total amount of particles that are stacked together (from lowest to highest).
Read the note to find the next location, Pendulum Lane.
Note Inside a Treasure Chest - III
The third signboard is placed in Pendulum Lane, east of the castle, beneath the stairway. To complete this challenge, simply draw the correct image based on the pattern on the mural.
Draw a frog on the first circle, then a flying squirrel on the last one. Open the precious chest and read the note to find out the last location, which is the station behind the city!
Note Inside a Treasure Chest - IV
The fourth and final signboard is located behind the city, near the waypoint. The puzzle for this one is identical to the first one. Head to the station and locate the pile of leaves near the crate. Use Anemo to remove the leaves and get the chest.

Finding the treasures based on the clues on the signboards will reward you with a chest with Excerpts of Bliss and a note about the next puzzle location!
