its not only damage numbers that give character SS rating, its convenience of gameplay and ability to fit almost any team. I like Mualani but she is not on the level with these three you mentioned.

I hope you’ll change Mualani to S tier soon. She does 355k vape c0 with talents 111 in scara’s domain, which is alr a lot. She might not be better than arlecchino, neuvillette, or alhaitham in certain scenarios such as key lines or smth, but her single target is the best in the game with vape, she’ll soon get get boosts or teammates eventually. Please get her to SS. Thanks

Mualani really enriches the exploration experience in Natlan if that matters to you

Her playstyle is awkward to play at first, but she's definitely somewhere near Neuvillete's level, except she's focused on nuking rather than consistent damage.
