I don't have C2 but I humbly thank you for the team. It's absolutely beautiful - however, I will have to invest more into Dehya (full HP build).
She is definitely NOT an S tier in DPS. She is an SS tier and I never thought Neuv would ever be shadowed by another Hydro catalyst. She is f2p friendly, no need for a lot of investment (though she scales pretty well), and she still casually does over 300k with her burst and about 100k+ with her Elemental Skill attacks. Also she is pretty fun to play, so that's a bonus.

Yall 😭 I got her at c2 within 15 wishes and I’m just gagged. Level 70 and talents at 5 she’s done more than 500k with nahida, dehya and baizhu 😭

Who put Ring of Yaxche there? And on the third place. Dudes? Normal attacks are not charge attacks, she does NOT benefit from the passive. This is straight up misinfo.
