How about the newest F2P weapon (at this time) Rainbow Serpent's Rain Bow? Seems lore-wise made for him and game-play-wise it buffs his off-field attacks. Secondary Attribute: ER 45.9% at level 90. R5 passive: ATK is increased by 56% for 8s after the equipping character's attacks hit an opponent while the equipping character is off-field.
How come troupe is his second best artifact? His skill does insignificant damage compared to his burst and a1 passive (which isn't considered elemental skill damage)

Ororon is legit the best recent 4 star. Cute character, basted lore, very helpful in combat with scrolls, wonderful for exploration, better than Venti and Kaz bc his ability in on regular jump. Everything except his ugly jeans is a joy. But then even his outfit is acceptable cuz he's a bat, and those are cute-ugly creatures
The same reason Al Haitham has an Arab name but looks as white as can be. Hoyo refuses to make more ethnic characters despite that people have asked for a more diverse cast since early days.
