Pay Attention to the Doubles
The song contains a number of double notes that vary in distance, prompting the player to react to them as they come, as the timings will be off if the player leaves it to muscle memory.
Watch Out for Stray Outer Notes
Lustrous Trick also features a few outer notes that will appear, either as part of a string or as stray notes during a combo.

The score has three chokepoints that come twice when the song itself ramps up in energy and once near the very end. These segments are shown above and may arguably be considred the hardest parts of the song.
You will need to get used to the movement of your hands and build a muscle memory to be able to hit them in sequence.
