Dies Irae is in the Caesareum Palace, located southwest of Initium Iani. As with the Rex Tremendae, you can access this location right off the bat during The Last Day of Remuria quest!

Talk to the Nameless Statue and complete its challenge to extract Dies Irae from the pedestal! You will need to fight waves of strong enemies to finish the challenge.

Use the southern Telepory Waypoint in Initium Iani, and swim to your left until you see a couple of Autoharmonic Reed Pipe Puzzles, and a Golem statue.

Keep going forward, until you see a large chamber with a massive blue door. There should also be a Nameless Statue to your immediate right, which gives you a challenge to prove you're a real Champion.
3 Before doing the challenge make sure to bring your best team with you, as you'll be battling against 4 waves of Vishap hordes! The challenge is fairly straightforward however, so simply bruteforce your way thru each wave.

After completing the challenge, the blue door will unlock, which contains one copies of Precious, Remarkable, and Luxurious each inside! The Dies Irae score is located atop the nearby elevated ground.
