To unlock Receiver of Friends from Afar: Part III, you must have first completed the second part of the event quest, and have cooked Trembling Strings and Rushing Reeds for Faruzan, Dori, and Layla!

Wait till the Next Day

Skip a day thru your in-game clock, and set it between (06:00 - 08:00) before heading to the Wangshu Inn. Once done, talk to Smiley Yanxiao, and do a quick huddle with him before starting your shift.

Talk to Ayato, Kuki, and Itto

During so, your next set of guests have just arrived, which turns out to be Arataki Itto, Kuki Shinobu, and Kamisato Ayato, three of the Traveler's friends from Inazuma.

Talk to Smiley Yanxiao

After getting the preferences of the gang, head back to the kitchen, and talk to Smiley Yanxiao. He then gives the traveller the recipe for Humbly Enough, which apparently contains Tofu. And being an Oni, Itto won't be able to eat it.

Cook Humbly Enough

Fortunately, Kuki Shinobu is within earshot, and have overheard the tofu-dilemma with the dish. After agreeing to think about it later, cook Humbly Enough by following Yanxiao's Recipe.

Serve the Dish to Your Guests

After plating Humbly Enough, serve the dish to your guests. Watch as Kuki, Paimon, and Ayato distract Itto from taking a piece out of the dish. Afterwards, continue your day in Wangshu Inn!
