In order to do this quest and cook for a new set of guests, Travelers must have finished the previous act. This act also requires Travelers set the in-game clock to two days later to progress further.
Receiver of Friends From Afar: Part I
After some time has passed since your first day, talk to Smiley about your performance. A cutscene will play and the quest will now begin!
Immediately after talking to Smiley, a familar crowd visits the Wangshu Inn to have a meal. Hear about their preferences of what they want in their dish.
Smiley recommend serving the Trembling Strings and Rushing Reeds. So get ready to prepare the ingredients and cook the dish!
