Ancient City Key can be obtained from an Exquisite Chest behind a locked gate that is opened by lighting the two Jade Incense Cauldrons in front of it. Position yourself such that the two cauldrons are aligned between you and the Adeptal Energy to light both of them in one go.
It also comes with the Chizhang Map that gives a clue about a warehouse where the Ancient City Key is used.
Jade Incense Cauldron Puzzle Guide
From the Chizhang Wall teleport waypoint, head south until you see some ruins with a stone tablet. Go through the window and you'll see a locked gate to your left.
Use the Ancient City Key to unlock the gate and claim your rewards. A Precious Chest, two Common Chests, and an achievement await inside!
Unlocking the locked gate in the Millelith warehouse will grant you the At the Construction of the Endless Wall achievement, which you can claim for 5 Primogems.
