The Melusines' Survey is a web event where you answer Aeval and Elphine's short survey to win in-game rewards and a special Blessing Card! Players can share their Blessing Card on social media to join the raffle and get a chance to win more rewards.

Answer Aeval and Elphine's Survey

You Can Choose Any Answer

Aquabus tour guides Aeval and Elphine will ask you four questions as part of the survey. There are no wrong answers and you can go back to previous questions to change your answers before selecting submit survey.

Share Your Blessing Card on Social Media to Join the Raffle

After completing the survey, you will be given a Blessing Card designed based on your answers! Your in-game rewards will automatically be sent to your account's in-game mail.

Share this Blessing Card on Twitter (X), Facebook, Instagram, VK, or other social media with the hashtag #GenshinMelusinesSurvey to join the Raffle part of the event.

Wait for the Results on January 12, 2024

Winners of the Melusines Survey Raffle will be announced on January 12, 2024.

Only those who shared their Blessing Card with the hashtag #GenshinMelusinesSurvey will be considered as participants. Sharing on HoYoLAB does not count as participation.

How to Claim Merchandise Rewards

Winners will be notified through a System Message on HoYoLAB with instructions to add their shipping address. Those who don't fill it up after one month, will have their rewards deemed forfeited.

How to Claim In-Game Rewards

Winners will get their rewards through the in-game mail as long as they registered their UID on HoYoLAB before the rewards are released! Failure to add their account details to HoYoLAB will have their rewards deemed forfeited.
