Turn Back Time with the Clockwork Device

Hit the Constellation Clockwork Device repeatedly to turn back time, until all three toy figures are standing in a line by the stairs.

Wait Until the Yellow Figure Opens the Superglue

Hit the Superglue to Stop Him

Once the toy figures start walking again, keep an eye on the yellow toy figure. They'll step on the button to open the glue container, allowing you to hit it! Hit the superglue several times until there's a large puddle of glue on the ground.
