The Long-Failed Graph Adversarial Technology
is a Genshin Impact 4.2 world quest that rewards you with a Special Analysis Zoom Lens. See the quest location, walkthrough, rewards, and other info right here!
To unlock this quest, you must first reach Adventure Rank 20 or above and have completed the Archon Quest Prologue Act 3, The Song of the Dragon and Freedom!
You can still unlock this quest even if you did not participate in the Graph Adversarial Technology Experiment Log event; simply meet the conditions above and go to the quest location.
The Song of the Dragon and Freedom Guide
To begin the quest, go to the Court of Fontaine and look for Lepine-Pauline, who is usually found a little south of the Adventurer's Guild. Once you've found her, simply approach her to begin the scene.
Go to the Court of Fontaine and look for Lepine-Pauline; you'll notice her speaking to a familiar figure. Charlotte appears to be delivering bad news; approach them to begin a lengthy scene.
After a while, Lepine-Pauline will leave, leaving you with Charlotte. Continue speaking with her, and she will give you a new gadget to use with your Kamera. After chatting with Charlotte, the quest will be completed.
The Long-Failed “Graph Adversarial Technology” Quest unlocks the Special Analysis Zoom Lens gadget. When activated, this gadget will allow you to add a zoom in and out function to your Kamera rather than just taking a quick image.

If you have this quest but haven't talked to Charlotte yet *and* haven't finished the Archon quest When All Return to the Waters, it will prevent you from completing that Archon quest. WHY they decided to lock an Archon quest by an Event added quest of no consequence is beyond me.
