How to Unlock The Long-Failed “Graph Adversarial Technology”
Complete Archon Quest Prologue Act 3
To unlock this quest, you must first reach Adventure Rank 20 or above and have completed the Archon Quest Prologue Act 3, The Song of the Dragon and Freedom!
You can still unlock this quest even if you did not participate in the Graph Adversarial Technology Experiment Log event; simply meet the conditions above and go to the quest location.
The Song of the Dragon and Freedom Guide
Head to Court of Fontaine
To begin the quest, go to the Court of Fontaine and look for Lepine-Pauline, who is usually found a little south of the Adventurer's Guild. Once you've found her, simply approach her to begin the scene.

Speak with Lepine-Pauline and Charlotte
Go to the Court of Fontaine and look for Lepine-Pauline; you'll notice her speaking to a familiar figure. Charlotte appears to be delivering bad news; approach them to begin a lengthy scene.
After a while, Lepine-Pauline will leave, leaving you with Charlotte. Continue speaking with her, and she will give you a new gadget to use with your Kamera. After chatting with Charlotte, the quest will be completed.
