You can find all 78 Lakelight Lilies growing along the banks of Loch Urania, Weeping Willow of the Lake, and Foggy Forest Path in Erinnyes Forest.

Fifteen of these Lilies are unlocked only after completing the Wild Fairy of Erinnyes questline, which will spawn around the tree and the lake in the Weeping Willow of the Lake!

You can buy 15 Lakelight Lillies for two pieces of Tidalga from a Melusine vendor named Pahsiv in her shop in Loch Urania. She is located inside a cave by the watefall north of the lake, but you can only access her shop after completing the Wild Fairy of Erinnyes.

Note that this shop does not refresh. Once you get these Lilllies you can't buy them again!

Loch Urania Farming Route

To start farming, teleport first from the Statue of the Seven near the Opera Epclese, then go around Loch Urania, down to the Weeping Willow of the Lake, and finally to the Foggy Forest Path. Here are the locations of each Lakelight Lillies in Genshin Impact:

3		Can be found near 1-2, near the shrubs.
4-6		Located southwest of Loch Urania, close to the Dew Bubbles.
7		Head above the waterfalls from #6, and the lily should be close to a shrub past the damaged tree.
8,9		Continue north from #7 to find two flowers by a tree.
10-12		Located on the opposite side of the lake, surrounded by falling trees.
13,14		From the waypoint, head north to find the two lilies close to the pathway.
15-17		Located on the opposite side of 13 and 14, near the time trial.
18,19, 78		Head south from #18 until you reach a tiny pool of water with lilies surrounding it.

Weeping Willow of the Lake Farming Route

Respawn Time is 48 Hours

As with other Local Specialties, Lakelight Lilies reset exactly 48 hours after you collect them. Relog the game or teleport from the farthest waypoint and check the location once more to see it respawn.
