Crimson Obsidian Fragments can only be obtained from chests or Warrior Challenges that are originally found within the vicinity of the Flower-Feather Clan's territory.

Found in Precious or Luxurious Chests

Fragments of the Crimson Obsidian Ring can be found by opening Precious or Luxurious Chests in Natlan. You will initially get Crimson Obsidian Fragments and three pieces automatically form one Crimson Obsidian Ring.

To make the search more challenging, you can only get Obsidian Fragments by chance, which means not all Precious or Luxurious chests you open guarantee a piece of Obsidian Fragment inside.

Reward From Warrior's Challenges

Crimson Obsidian Fragments can also be obtained from Warrior Challenges within the area of the Flower-Feather Clan. Completing a Warrior Challenge can grant you a Crimson Obsidian Fragment from the Precious Chest it rewards.

This is not guaranteed however and is still by chance.

Charge forward! Go, go, go!	Teleport to the waypoint at the south end of the Master of the Night-Wind Tribe and head to the southwest until you find a floating platform surrounded by a couple of air balloons. Upon reaching that platform and talking to Matahga will trigger the quest.
Molting Season	Use the teleport waypoint southeast from the Flower-Feather Clan, then head further down southeast until you reach a small camp. Approach the Angry Saurian Trafficker and help Acomitl to start the quest.
A Saurian Returns to the Nest	Use the waypoint, southwest from the Masters of the Night-Wind Tribe, then head towards the west. Reach the wooden platform on the side of the cliff and talk to Manyoya to start the quest.

How to Use Crimson Obsidian Ring

Tribe Secret Trove Location

The location of the Tribal Secret Trove of the Flower-Feather Clan would be at the northeast from the Obsidian Totem, where you can access the Tribal Chronicles of the tribe.

Teleport to the Obsidian Totem at the middle of the Flower-Feather Clan, then head towards the northeast direction until you reach a cliff, and drop down the cliff until you've reached the bottom and arrive at the entrance of the trove.

Use to Open the Tribal Secret Trove

You can use the Crimson Obsidian Rings to activate the entrance to the Flower-Feather Clan's Secret Trove. Slotting in the Crimson Obsidian Ring removes the barrier that keeps outsiders from entering!
