How to Unlock The Truth, Lost With the Rain
Complete Like the Faint Moonlight of Yesteryear
To unlock The Truth, Lost With the Rain, you must have completed the previous subquest of As Light Rain Falls Without Reason, Like the Faint Moonlight of Yesteryear!

The Truth, Lost With the Rain Walkthrough
Go to the Chief Justice's office
After your discussion with Navia in the Spina di Rosula HQ, visit the Iudex, Neuvillette, at Palais Mermonia, and ask him about the records of Vacher.
Go to Poisson
Then, go to Poisson with Navia, to further your investigation about the disapperances. Afterwards, talk to Navia, then talk to Melus on the ship. Just follow along the metal pathway going up, to easily locate him.
Visit Jacques' family
Once you're done collecting information, and obtaining Callas' Case Records with Melus and Navia, visit Jacques' family who's also in Poisson. You'll receive the Testimony From Jacques' Family afterwards.
Talk to Florent
As per the plan you laid out with Melus, talk to Florent first, as he's in Poisson as well. After giving his testimony, you'll obtain Information Regarding Florent.
Go to the Court of Fontaine and speak to Thierry
Then, go to the Court of Fontaine and speak to Thierry, who's just in front of Palais Mermona. You'll get the Information Regarding Thierry after hearing his testimony!
Contact Marcel
The last one to talk to is the head of the Confrerie. Contact Marcel by going to the Confrerie of Carbriere located just south of the Court of the Fontaine. You'll obtain Information Regarding Marcel after going over his account of Navia's case.
Go over the clues with Navia
Once you've collected all information from the three primary suspects of Melus, go over the clues with Navia. Eventually, once you've gotten through all their testimonies, both you and Navia agree that Marcel is the most suspicious of them all.
