Get From the Institute of Natural Philosophy

You can get another Drained Conch Cup from the Institute of Natural Philosophy. You can do this while doing the Aqueous Tidemarks World Quest, but we suggest finishing it first so you do not have to go out of your way.

It is inside another Precious Chest in a room with a Hydroculus inside. Just use the Teleport Waypoint and head northeast until you see the room.

Get From Narzissenkreuz Ordo

You can get a Drained Conch Cup inside a Precious Chest in Narzissenkreuz Ordo, located on the opposite side of the room. It is near an Exquisite Chest which houses the Key to Some Place in the Institute.

Get From Bravais' Hidden Study

The third Drained Conch Cup can be found inside a Luxurious Chest inside Bravais' Hidden Study, located in an area of the room walled by energy. Climb over the hole that's beside a Hydroculus using the climbable walls and jump down to bypass the energy wall.

Note that you need to have Arkhium Lumenite in your inventory, which is obtainable after collecting all Mysterious Ores, and then using the Forging Press, to be able to open the Secret Study.

Get From Completing Wild Fairies of Erinnyes Quest

The fourth Drained Conch Cup can be found inside a Precious Chest inside a cave in Loch Urania after completing the Wild Fairies of Erinnyes quest, which you can start by reading a tablet in the Marcotte Station.

Upon completion, go to the cave north of the lake where you can find Pahsiv beside the chest that gives you the Drained Conch Cup! Pahsive also sells useful items like the Lakelight Lily.

You can exchange the Drained Conch Cups by the fountain in Annapausis, which is located underwater west of the Court of Fontaine.
