To adjust the position of the prism to let it resonate with the ore, you must move the activated prisms, and use them to do Prismatic Resonance, and activate other deactivated prisms!

How to Adjust the Position of the Prism to Let it Resonate with the Ore

Objectives
1
Pick up the activated prism beside you, and place it directly in front of the first encased ore. Hit the prism once to get the Red Stone inside.
2
Then, move the prism towards the direction of the nearby deactivated prism, just on the edge of the circle, located to your left. Hit it once to activate the prism you see just across you.

Aftewards, pick up that prism and move it to the other side, towards the small waterfall, and the encased ore..
4
Then, pick up the deactivated prism nearest to the encased ore, and place it to the edge of the circle facing the other prism you just moved.

Lastly, remove the encasing material around the ore by hitting the prism, and letting the energy wave reach it!
