The Mysterious Mora Pocketwatch is a legendary memento mentioned in the Returning Curios quest. Presenting the pocketwatch to Idyia will give you a brief easter egg!
Presenting the Pocketwatch to Idyia will not give you any rewards other than the chance to etch yourself in the Veluriyam Mirage's history for future guests.

Depending on where you dug your memento during the Returning Curios quest, the Mysterious Mora Pocketwatch will appear nearby these locations.
If you bury it near the lakeside, the Pocketwatch can be found on a glowing spot by the hut behind the tree! If you bury it at the entrance of the Veluriyam Mirage, you can find the Pocketwatch just a few paces in front of your spot, by a tree.

I buried mine at the Silver Bottle Courtyard! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get photos before I dug up the pocket watch, but from where our own memento is buried, it’s right behind the tree nearby (where I encircled it on the photo)!
