How to Unlock Cards Out! Grievances Begone

Complete Roll! A Sea of New Acquaintances

To unlock the Duel! The Summoners' Summit! Act 3 quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 32 or above and complete the event quest Act 2, Roll! A Sea of New Acquaintances.

Cards Out! Grievances Begone Quest Guide

Head to the Docks in Ritou, Inazuma

Teleport to the docks of Ritou to trigger the first cutscene with Charlotte and start the quest!

Look for Clues in Ritou

Head further into Ritou and towards the square to trigger the next cutscene, where you will meet with the Raiden Ei and Yae Miko.

Go to the Ritou Competition Venue

After talking to Raiden and Yae Miko, head to the Outlanders Affairs Agency to the south of Ritou where the King of Invokations Grand Prix Inazuma venue is located!

Accept or Decline Itto's Duel Challenge

You will meet Arataki Itto and Kuki Shinobu in the competition venue, and after some conversation he will challenge you to a Genius Invokation Duel. You can choose to accept or decline the invitation.

What Happens if you Accept

Accepting Itto's challenge will start a Genius Invokation Duel, where you will be required to use Itto's deck. Losing the challenge will still continue the event quest. Itto will also offer a rematch if you talk to him again.

What Happens if you Decline

Declining Itto's invitation will continue the event quest, with Itto giving you the option to Duel him later on.

Ask Kujou Sara About Kokomi's Whereabouts

Go to the other side of the venue where Kujou Sara is located. Talk to her to trigger another cutscene and find out where Kokomi is located.

Look for Kokomi South of Ritou

Head south of Ritou towards the island's cliffs where you will find Kokomi gazing out at the sea. Approach and talk to her to continue the quest.

Return to the Competition Venue

Go back to the competition venue to witness the Finals for the King of Invokations Grand Prix Inazuma chapter! You will talk to Kokomi before and after the competition's conclusion.

Solve the Puzzle of the Card Snatcher

Kokomi will ask you if you had found the answer for the Card Snatcher's actions and why Kirara is involved. Similar to the puzzle in the Archon Quest Chapter 3: Act 2, you must connect certain lines of thought to come to a conclusion.

Kokomi's Conclusion Walkthrough

	Objectives
1	Interpret all thoughts to reveal additional interpretations.
2	Associate Kirara's Actions with The Card Snatcher's Actions to reveal The Thief is Using Konamiya Express. Interpret the resulting new thoughts.
3	Associate The Package's Contents are Cards with The Thief is Using Konamiya Express to reveal The Truth Behind the Package.
4	Interpret The Truth Behind the Package, and submit it as your conclusion!

Complete the Final Cutscene

After giving Kokomi your conclusion, the cutscene will continue until the quest is completed!
