After completing Culminate! Chatter of Joyous Dreams quest, the story of Duel! The Summoners' Summit! event comes to a close. There are characters you can talk to across the regions. They are available during the event period until June 12, 2023.
You can find Draff and Diona right outside of Mondstadt's city. Beidou and Kazuha are located near the domain of Guyun Stone Forest in Liyue. Kokomi can be found near the statue of Watatsumi in Inazuma while Tighnari is near Gandha Hill at Sumeru.
