Follow the Prescriptions' Instructions

From the Prescriptions menu, check the different Previous Prescriptions of Baizhu's patients. Baizhu will instruct you to alter some of the ingredients to improve the medicinal brew, which you'll have to figure out yourself based from the clues given by him.
