To unlock the The Continuation of the Sabzeruz Festival quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 35 or above and complete the second part of Chapter 3: Act 2: The Arrival of the Sabzeruz Festival!
The Arrival of the Sabzeruz Festival Quest Guide
Follow and Talk Dunyazard once again. Following your conversation with Dunyazard, you will notice a small figure nearby and you must follow it.
Follow the mysterious girl until you reach the clinic northwest of Sumeru City and speak with her.
While conversing with her, you will enter a state of Contemplation in which you must interpret some texts. Follow the options below to reach the correct conclusion.

| • Select 'The Sabzeruz Festival Samsara' and Associate it with 'Déjà Vu'. • Select 'Time Loop' as the conclusion. |
Ask the vendors along Treasure Street for some clues, and then talk to Dehya and Dunyarzad at the south end of the street.
Head to the marked location and speak with Dehya.
