Genshin - Archon Quest Chapter 3 Act 2 - The Continuation of the Sabzerus Festival
Follow and Talk Dunyazard once again. Following your conversation with Dunyazard, you will notice a small figure nearby and you must follow it.

Talk to the Mysterious Girl

Genshin - Contemplation 1 - The Sabzerus Festival Samsara
Follow the mysterious girl until you reach the clinic northwest of Sumeru City and speak with her.

While conversing with her, you will enter a state of Contemplation in which you must interpret some texts. Follow the options below to reach the correct conclusion.

Contemplation #1
• Select 'The Sabzeruz Festival Samsara' and Associate it with 'Déjà Vu'.
• Select 'Time Loop' as the conclusion.

Ask around for clues about the current situation

Ask the vendors along Treasure Street for some clues, and then talk to Dehya and Dunyarzad at the south end of the street.

Talk to Dehya
