Go inside the Cathedral to find Jean, Venti, and Barbara. When you approach them, a long cutscene will begin to play.

Find Venti at Windrise

After the cutscene, go to the Windrise and look for Venti. He can be found standing next to the tree. The quest will be completed after speaking with him.
