To unlock the Hurdle quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 18 or above and complete the first part of Prologue: Act 3: Abyss Mage!

Hurdle Walkthrough

Go to the Entrance of Stormterror's Lair

Genshin - Hurdle Wallkthrough - Go to the entrance of Stormterror
To begin the quest, proceed to the Stormterror's Lair entrance. You can get to the location by following the marked area on your map.

Defeat the Assailants

Genshin - Hurdle Wallkthrough - Defeat the Assailants
When you arrive at the area, you will be met with monters that you must defeat. The enemies are Wooden Shieldwall Mitachurl, Anemo Samachurl, and Hilichurl Grenadier.

Bring a Pyro character who can help you in breaking the Mitachurl's shield.

Disperse the Wind Barrier

Genshin - Hurdle Wallkthrough - Disperse the wind barrier
After defeating the monsters, speak with Venti, and he will dispel the wind barrier.

You will gain access to Stormterror's Lair after completing this quest
