To unlock the A Gathering of Outlanders quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 18 or above and complete the Prologue: Act 3: Song of the Dragon and Freedom!

| 1 |  To begin the quest, go to the Mondstadt Adventurer's Guild and speak with Katheryne and Sucrose. |
| 2 |  Find Collei and speak with her after speaking with Sucrose. |
| 3 |  Go to the Mondstadt gate to meet Tighnari and Cyno. |
| 4 |  Go to Good Hunter and speak with Sara to order a Cold Cut Platter. |
| 5 |  After you've ordered your food, proceed to the camping area located outside the gate. |
| 6 |  Head over to Angel's Share to ask Venti about the Mysterious Prophecy. |
| 7 |  Following your conversation with Venti, proceed to the Mondstadt Alchemy table and speak with Sucrose. The quest will be completed after speaking with Sucrose. |
