As the sky darkens, the storm will sweep you away from Amber. Your wind glider will automatically deploy as soon as you hear a mysterious voice.

Align and aim the crosshair on Stormterror's poisonous blood clots. These are the purplish, pointed things lingering behind him.

Continue following and attacking Stormterror by pressing your Normal Attack until his HP drops to 15-20%.

Go to the Knights of Favonius Headquarters

After you've expelled Stormterror, go to the plaza and tell Amber what happened. After talking to Amber and Kaeya, proceed to the Knights of Favonius Headquarters.
