Complete the Prerequisite Quest

To unlock Sword, Fish, Resistance, you must have first completed, In the Name of the Resistance Quest, second part of Chapter 2: Act 2 of the Archon Quest series.

Sword, Fish, Resistance Walkthrough

Go to the Location and Meet Teppei

Go to the agreed location at the docks and meet Teppei. He will briefly orient you about what's going to happen. Afterwards, board the Waverider.

Go to the Resistance Camp

Once you've set foot on Watatsumi Island, head over to the Resistance Camp and talk to Teppei. He will tell you about the Resistance Camps and the local soldiers.

Go to Sangonomiya Shrine

Talk to Sangonomiya Kokomi at the Sangonimiya Shrine. You'll see her talking to Ookubo Daisuke about the status of the Resistance. After a short while, Daisuke will leave and Kokomi will appoint you Captain to the Special Ops unit, Swordfish II.

Go to Swordfish II Station

The members of Swordfish II are currently awaiting orders in a valley to the southwest, nearby the Statue of the Seven in Mouun Shrine. Bring the Appointment Letter from Kokomi and give it to the Elite Unit to bring them up to speed of your sudden appointment.

Clear Out the Monsters

To prove your capabilities, clear out the monsters in the area. You'll be battling against Nobushi enemies, which should be fairly easy.

Speak to the Swordfish II Members

Afterwards, Koutoku will cede his position to you and will await your orders. Yoshihisa will tell you about the other remaining area ridden with enemy Ronins. Go to the area threatened by monsters.

Clear Out the Monsters

Split up and attack the enemy camps at the same time. Clear out the nearby monsters to eradicate the enemies on your side. Watch as you'll be against Kairagis, which means you have to defeat them at once, otherwise the remaining one will heal its HP and become more empowered!

Speak to the Swordfish II Members

Speak to the Swordfish II members and have them report about the other two camps. Afterwards, return to the Headquarters and talk to Kokomi.

Return to HQ and Talk to Kokomi

Talk to Kokomi and tell her about the Swordfish II and the status of the Ronin enemies in their station. Once done, Kokomi will give you a special mission about missing supplies.

Talk to Teppei

Afterwards, look for Teppei and tell him about what happened the past days. He will tell you of his appointment as Captain of Herring I.
