5 Star Pyro Sub-DPS: Dehya
Dehya can become a valuable Burst Sub-DPS, especially when built in a team that can help her spend boost her damage output when she's on-field, and can provide ample damage and team utilty when she's off-field.
Although Dehya is a quite a niche character to include in your roster, you can reap out the benefits of playing her so long as you partner her with the right team!
Note that while Dehya will become permanently available as one of the 5-Stars in the Standard Wanderlust Invocation Wish banner in Version 3.6, it will not be the same guarantee as in her own Rate-Up banner.

Dehya is the only limited 5-Star character you can get from this banner. All standard 5-Star charaters are available on this banner at a normal rate, while Dehya has a higher rate-up than the standard ones.
From the recent livestream, however, it was revealed that Dehya will become a part of the Standard Character banner after Version 3.5.
The 5-Star pity rate for Event Wish Banners is 90 Wishes. This means that you're guaranteed a 5-Star drop if you didn't get one in the previous 89 Wishes. The pity count resets when you get a 5-Star character.
The first time you hit pity on an Event Wish Banner, there's a 50% chance you'll get the featured 5-Star and a 50% chance you'll get a standard 5-Star. If you didn't get the featured 5-Star the first time, then your next 5-Star drop is guaranteed to be the featured 5-Star.
This pity count carries over banner changes of the same banner type. Character Event Wish and Character Event Wish-2 share a pity count.
