To unlock the Equilibrium quest, you will need to reach Adventure Rank 35 or above and complete the first part of Chapter 1: Act 3: The Floating Palace!

Look for the Ingredients

Genshin - Equilibrium Walkthrough - Look for the Ingredients
To begin the quest, go to the marked location on the map. After arriving at the location, look for the ingredients Paimon needed. The first ingredient is obtained by defeating the Slime.

To find the next ingredient, proceed to the next marked location.

Rescue the Person in Cage

Genshin - Equilibrium Walkthrough - Rescue the Person in Cage
The next ingredient is a Extra-Sweet Sweet flower, which can be found at Treasure Hoarder's camp. When you arrive at the camp, you will notice someone in a cage. Defeat the Treasure Hoarder to obtain the key to the cage and free Meng Dan.

The Sweet flower can be found next to the tree.

Go to Mingxing Jewerly

After speaking with Meng Dan, return to Liyue Harbor and visit Mingxing Jewelry to obtain the container for Paimon's gift. Simply follow the map's marked location.

When you enter the Jade Chamber, Ningguang will greet you.
