How to Unlock Amidst Stormy Judgment
Complete the Prerequisite Quests
To unlock Amidst Stormy Judgment, you must have first completed, Yoimiya's story quest, Dreamlike Timelessness, and Kamisato Ayaka's story quest, The Whispers of the Crane and the White Rabbit.
Amidst Stormy Judgment Walkthrough
Go to Komore Teahouse
Go inside the Komore Teahouse and notice how oddly quiet everything is. Taroumaru will greet you with anxious barks, only for Kamisato Ayaka to appear and tell you that Thoma was captured by Tenryou Commision.
Go to the Vision Hunt Ceremony
At the Vision Hunt Ceremony, Thoma was bound and held down by the guards of Tenryou Commission. As you witness his Vision being taken away by the Raiden Shogun herself, you intercepted it mid-air.
Defeat the Raiden Shogun
Afterwards, the Raiden Shogun will trap you in her Plane of Euthymia where she will give you your retribution as the enemy of Eternity. You must last against her long enough for her to give you her Divine Punishment, otherwise you'd be sent out of the Plane and will have to redo the prior objective.

| 1 | Watch out as she teleports. All of the Raiden Shogun's teleportations in this domain will be followed-up by a series of slashes that you need to dodge. Make sure to switch out your squishiest character and use your Shielder when dealing with the Raiden Shogun's attacks. |
| 2 | Keep your distance. Although the Raiden Shogun will minimize the distance between you and herself, her close-quarter attacks are deadlier than her long-ranged ones. Engaging in a close-quarter combat with her almost make it seem impossible dodging her barrage of slashes. |
| 3 | You don't need to defeat the Raiden Shogun. In this domain, you don't need to defeat the Raiden Shogun, but instead you just have to last long enough for her to administer her Divine Punishment. This means dodging is more important than inflicting damage to her! |
