Genshin - Quest Guide 1 - Head back to Inazuma City
Head back to Inazuma and check out the results of the vote. It's the bulletin board near the blacksmith!

Genshin - Quest Guide 2 - Bulletin Board Cutscene
A cutscene will start that discusses the results, which seem to have a different theme than what was expected.

Genshin - Quest Guide 3 - Head to the Kamisato Estate
After the cutscene, go to the Yashiro Commission to talk to Ayaka.
