To unlock The Sight of the Divine Emissary Quest, you must complete the quest that came before it, the Unexpected Battle Quest!
The Sight of the Divine Emissary is part of the Warrior's Spirit Event. After this quest, the Day 3 and 4 stages will be available!

| 1 |  Head back to Inazuma and check out the results of the vote. It's the bulletin board near the blacksmith! |
| 2 |  A cutscene will start that discusses the results, which seem to have a different theme than what was expected. |
| 3 |  After the cutscene, go to the Yashiro Commission to talk to Ayaka. |
| 4 |  Once you get to the Kamisato Estate, talk to Ayaka, and the Yae Publishing House staff there. Finish the conversation to complete the quest! |
