You can repeatedly invite Klee to a Genius Invokation battle once you reach Player Level 2! You must use a Match Invitation Letter when inviting her for the first time.

Strategy Against Klee's Deck
Klee is running a Overloaded deck type, along with Jean, that can both forcibly swap your active character.
Good character cards that can counter these types of decks are Mona(who can either quickswap to another character without losing a turn) or Ayaka (who gains a buff when she gets swapped in).
You can also use cards like Leave it to Me! that lets you quickswap back to your previous active character without losing your turn.
