4.5 Heated Battle Mode - Sprinting Strategems

Fast Action Character Switches

In the Sprinting Stratagems, players automatically receive 4 Omni Dice and 4 different random Elemental Dice during the Roll Phase.

This Heated Battle Mode tests the limits of players' quick swap teams as the first Action Card played each Round will cost 2 fewer Elemental Dice, and switching Character Cards is always a Fast Action!

What is Heated Battle Mode?

Limited-Time Genius Invokation Event

Heated Battle Mode is a special game mode for Genius Invokation TCG that can be played in Co-Op. The option to play in Heated Battle Mode is available at the noticeboard found in The Cat's Tail.

It features different rules for each version update, which means each rule will be available for a limited time only.

4.4 - Tactical Formation

Fast Action Character Switches

In the Tactical Formation of Version 4.4, players have to choose Character Cards on the spot, and are given randomly generated action cards!

This Heated Battle Mode tests the players' abilities in adapting and quick thinking when given limited card choices.

4.3 - Sprinting Stratagems

4.2 - Tactical Formation

On the Spot Character Cards and Randomly Generated Decks

For Version 4.2, Travelers must use Character Cards selected on the spot and randomly generated Action Cards to do battle in the Heated Battle Mode.

Dice Cost Reduction

Character switches is considered as Fast Actions in this Heated Battle Mode. In addition, every time you defeat an enemy card, the turn remains in your hands, allowing you to devastate your opponents in one go!

The Fischl, Collei, and Tighnari Cards are not allowed to be used in this mode.

4.0 - The Profound Purpose of Practice

Dice Cost Reduction

Each turn, the first action card played by each player will have its cost reduced by 2. Each character's skill or equipped Talent card will also be reduced by 1 once per round!

Note that the following Cards that cannot be used in this edition of Heated Battle Mode are Mona, Bennett, and Keqing.

3.8 - Omnipotent Guide

Skip Elemental Dice Roll Phase

In the Version 3.8 Heated Battle Mode, players get to skip the Elemental Dice Roll Phase once again to get 8 Omni Elemental Dice instead. This allowed for a full head-on battle as early as the first round for both players!

Note that for this Heated Battle Mode, the Fischl, Ganyu, and Rhodeia of Loch Character Cards are not allowed to be played.

3.7 - Tactical Formation

In the 3.7 Heated Battle Mode: Tactical Formation, players are only able to choose a limited number of randomized preset decks, each containing 1 Character Card and several Action Cards.

Take Turns Selecting Character Cards and Decks

Players can see the preset decks before the duel begins. Take turns with your opponent in selecting Character Cards before the duel. The same decks cannot be selected multiple times.

Heated Battle Mode: Reinforcements runs from April 29, 2023 to May 8, 2023! The theme of the Version 3.6 Heated Battle Mode is all about turns.

Character switches is considered as Fast Actions in this Heated Battle Mode. In addition, every time you defeat an enemy card, the turn remains in your hands, allowing you to devastate your opponents in one go!
