Yohanan can be fought in an Open World Match, which means you have to go to Gandharva Ville in Sumeru in order to find and talk to them.

NPC Location and Duel Guide for TCG
Although Yohanan's deck is only made up of a single Jadeplume Terrorshroom, it packs a whopping 30 HP which makes it difficult taking it down. That, and its massive DMG makes this challenge a bit difficult compared to most.
However, you can hinder the Terrorshroom from attacking that often by freezing it with Frozen reactions, followed by melting it using Pyro.
