Pass the Three Trials is an objective for the Dreams Beneath the Searing Sand sub-quest in Sumeru. See how to explore the Mausoleum of Al-Ahmar in Khaj-Nisut and clear the objectives with this guide!

How to Pass the First Trial

First Trial Walkthrough
1 add-on 2Glide down from the Teleport Waypoint and enter an opening. Note that there are Eremites at the bottom before entering the opening.
2 first trial 9Operate the Plints of the Secret Rites to activate a wind current to the right.
3 first trial 8Drop down the wind current and enter the left opening. Operate the mechanism and get the Forged Primal Light on the way inside.
4 first trial add-onThere will be 2 Replicator Keystones platform in the room. Bring the Forged Primal Light on one platform, and get another one from the center door with an altar. Defeat a Primal Construct.
5 first trial 6After activating the platforms, one will be a Primal Beam and the other will be a Verity Cell. Leave it be for now.
6 first trial 5(1)Go to the next room and operate the Plints of the Secret Rites to open a pathway. Glide down the wind current to defeat a Primal Construct.
7 first trial add-on 3After defeating the opponent, the Plints of the Secret Rites can be used to open the door.
8 first trial 4When you enter the room, open a chest and it will give you Keystone (I). Defeat a Primal Construct in the room. Note that the door in the same room with a yellow glow on the floor will need Keystone (II).
9 first trial 3Go to the room next door and activate the door with the glow using Keystone (I). Once it opens, get Forged Primal Lights and bring it closer to a Replicator Keystone platforms. Activate the Obsuring Cell to remove the opacity of the wall.
10 first trial 2A chest will be in the room and it will give you Keystone (II). Bring it to the oposite room and open the door. Bring a Forged Primal Light to the room and activate the Obscuring cell. The wall will disappear and the beam will connect to the other room.
11 first trial 1Go to the center of the room with the altar. Operate the Plints of the Secret Rites and the Slate Device will activate.

How to Pass the Second Trial

Pass the Second Trial Walkthrough
1 second oneGo to the building above Khaj-Nisut. Enter the building and operate the Plints of the Secret Rites. Note that Primal Constructs are guarding outside the entrance
2 second twoGlide down the entrance that was previously blocked.
3 second threeDefeat the 4 Primal Construct before operating the Plints of the Secret Rites. This will activate the Slate Device.

How to Pass the Third Trial

1 3rd trial mapGo to the building below Khaj-Nisut.
2 3rd trial mechanismEnter the building and operate the Plints of the Secret Rites. This will open a blocked entrance to the right.
3 3rd trial invisible floorOnce you glide down, you will be stopped by an invisible floor. Navigate through the invisible floor until you are able to glide down
4 3rd trial edge of first levelGo to the upper right corner of the room to get on the edge and glide down to the lower level.
5 3rd trial edge of second levelTurn around and go to the opposite direction to get to the edge of the current level going to the lower level.
6 3rd trial edge of third level Move slightly to the right to get to the edge of the first level to reach the ground.
7 third trial last step The entrance of the ground wall is where the Plints of the Secret Rites are facing the statue.
