Candace's banner release was right after the Version 3.1 update, on September 28, 2022!

Candace technically didn't get her ''own'' banner because she's a 4-Star character, but the 3.1 livestream revealed that she was to be featured in both Cyno and Venti's banners at the same time in Phase 1.

Version 3.1 Release Date and Patch Notes

Added to 4-Star Character Pool on Version 3.2

Candace will be added to the 4-star character pool on the version 3.2 update! This means it will be possible to get in in the standard banner and future character rate-up banners!
