Located Southeast of Vanarana

Genshin - Go to the Cave in Vanarana

The Treasure Chest for Mysterious Clipboard Painting 9 is located in a cave in Vanarana. The cave entrance will be southeast of Vanarana, near two Teleport Waypoints.

You will need to have Static Views Part 2 quest in your journal to get to this location.

Where to Find the Treasure Chest

Genshin - Withering branches 1
Clear the two Withering Zone branches inside the cave using Dendrogranum.

Genshin - Unlock the Dendro Monument
The Dendro Monument should unlock after getting rid of the two branches. Activate the Dendro Monument to unflood the cave.

Genshin - Withering branches 3
Clear the remaining Withering Zone.

Genshin - Use the Rhythm of the Beastly Trail
Use the Rhythm of the Beastly Trail on the flower near a Dendroculus further inside the cave.

Genshin - Go to the area inside the treasure chest room
The Treasure Chest will be inside the new space.

Genshin Impact - Static Views Part 2 Quest Guide

You can only see the Flower that unlocks the final area during the Static Views Part 2 quest, which is unlocked after completing all other nine Clipboards found in the Rainforest area of Sumeru.

To reiterate, Clipboard 9 is the Static Views Part 2 objective, so you won't be able to get to this location until all clipboards have been completed. Check the mailbox as well if you don't have the rest of the paintings in your Aranyaka book!
