that's because she is bad. If her story, looks, visuals and gameplay were good, it wasn't so impossible to pull for her.

i dont think she's that weak, also this chef only provides 55% cryo shred and decent damage. for hypercarry, you can swap esco with xilonen, yes her shred only at 36% (-19% compared to esco), but you get 40% dmg bonus, which is better than only 55% shred. skirk a1 isn't that impactful, better to not build her restricted to only hydro/cryo team, use one hydro and cryo, and she's good
