Where the Treasure Dwells unlocks after collecting one of four Treasure Clues in Archipelago. These Treasure Clues are usually found inside Treasure Chests in the corners of the map.

| 1 |  After collecting all clues, head to the Center Island near Twinning Isle in the Golden Apple Archipelago. |
| 2 |  Head to the encircled location on the Treasure Map. |
| 3 |  Touch the bubble in the area and avoid the whirlpools. |
| 4 |  When you touch a bubble, Cloudleisure Steps will appear. |
| 5 |  Keep climbing up the Cloudleisure Steps until you see a Luxurious Chest. Collect the Luxurious Chest to complete the Treasure of the Four Skerries quest! |
