You can only get this Echoing Conch by getting through the Blazin' Trails quest in the Summertime Odyssey event and unlocking The Islands' Stirring Strings event domain!

| 1 | Complete the Blazin' Trails quest and then go back inside the domain. Make sure to enter the Phantasmal Tales Mirage. |
| 2 |  From the Frozen Soul Flower, turn around and go down the cave. |
| 3 |  Head immediately to your left where you will find a door. Open the door and head inside. |
| 4 |  Make your way through all the Harp puzzles. There is no need to adjust any Allegro Bloom, you just need to hit 'Perform' on the Melodic Harps. |
| 5 |  Defeat all the hilichurl enemies in the final area, where you will find a purple Crane that will act like an Electro Seelie guide. |
| 6 |  Follow the purple Crane into the door, where you can keep following it to get to a drum. |
| 7 |  Hit the drum to create a bridge, which you will cross to keep following the crane and get to a second drum, where a Common Chest and a bridge will spawn. This will lead you to another door. |
| 8 |  Once inside, go to the left path and hit the drum to arrange the floating platforms into a bridge. |
| 9 |  You can follow the path of Allegro Bloom puzzles and enemies until you get to the final area, where a Door of Ressurection and an Exquisite Chest is located. |
| 10 |  There will also be a locked Exquisite Chest in the middle of the island that you can unlock. Afterwards, position the center-most Bloom to face the biggest Bloom, and use the instrument to summon a Wind Current. |
| 11 |  Ride the Wind Current to the top of the rock that the Bloom is facing, where you will find the Echoing Conch! |
You need to find 16 Phantasmal Conches to be able to get Fischl's event-exclusive outfit! Collect all 20 Echoing and Imaging Conches to get all the rewards in the Resonating Visions event.
